All photos used in L’Oréal’s worldwide communication campaigns are centrally managed in Paris. The international advertising agency Publicis Worldwide preselects the photos for all countries. L’Oréal Profesionnel uses celum IMAGINE to manage the advertising materials and distribute them to 54 countries worldwide.

HOCHTIEF was looking for a Digital Asset Management solution capable to manage more than 36,000 files (images, videos, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and PDFs). More than 18,000 internal user and some 40 external partners should have access to the multi-media database. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office were to be integrated. In addition, the solution should be available internationally, for use in Germany, Austria, UK, Ireland, Hungary, Russia, Greece, India and Australia.

CI&M is the internal advertising agency of the ÖBB, responsible for corporate design, campaign management, and the various tasks of marketing. Every year, the team at CI&M oversees approximately 1,300 different print productions. The orders are placed by over thirty departments within the twelve independent divisions which make up corporate ÖBB. Coordination among so many different subsidiaries is a difficult task, and in the past, ÖBB lost any control they could have had over corporate identity. For example, with no one thinking of corporate design, even the simple process of ordering new business cards could take several days.

Cambridge Judge Business School School, a strong international brand, invests strategically in marketing and profile-raising initiatives, which result in the production of significant quantities of brand assets. These photographs, illustrations and artwork have been spread throughout local and shared drives, CDs and DVDs, and the School found it had a pressing requirement for a digital asset management system to organise these precious resources, and make them available to staff and faculty across a wide range of departments and programmes, including the Cambridge MBA and Executive Education.

MKM or Maktab Koperasi Malaysia is using the celum platform as a back-end and integrated with other applications, to store variety of assets from documents, images, books and etc.

Tenaga Nasional Berhad which is the largest electrical provider in Malaysia is using celum for several years, starting off with a storage capacity of 2 Terabytes, in 2011 the storage capacity has been extended to a massive amount of 44 Terabytes, containing thousands of Images and Video’s, corporate history has been rescued, secured and saved for the next generation.

International Islamic University is using the celum platform to the maximum, including single sign on, direct integration with Microsoft Office. A new department has been established of archiving faculty reports, images from the past to preserve all assets from the past and in the future.
