Money is like shit

Actually, I came up with this idea quite a while ago, so perhaps good to post it.

Money is like shit.
The more you eat, the more you shit.
But you do not eat in order to shit.
You eat in order to nurture yourself.

Too much shit smells repugnant
You can use the shit to fertilize the land
But unless you are in the shit business, your aim should not be producing shit.

Only fools work for shit.
Smart people conjure the shit out of thin air, and let the the fools work for it.

Time to wake up.
Do not let the shit control this world.
We don’t have to use their shit in order to feed ourselves
We don’t have to use their shit to create what we need
We don’t have to use their shit to to be happy
If we refuse to use their shit, the world can live in peace.

Wake up, don’t work for their shit, so they can control us.
Working for shit is pure slavery, because it is conjured out of nothing, it is brought in circulation as a debt, so we are forced to work for it all our lives, to return the shit to the conjurers.

We should produce our own fertilizer and thrive.
Without their shit, we can become truly human again.

No more shit.

Dr. Starfield’s findings 16 years ago still stand today. In fact, recent research suggests matters have only gotten worse, and the reason for this is because no affirmative action was ever taken to address and correct the situation.

Many Tests and Treatments Do More Harm Than Good

Overtesting and overtreatment are also part of the problem. Instead of dissuading patients from unnecessary or questionable interventions, the system rewards waste and incentivizes disease over health. According to a report by the Institute of Medicine, an estimated 30 percent of all medical procedures, tests and medications may in fact be unnecessary,15at a cost of at least $750 billion a year. It’s also important to be aware that many novel medical treatments gain popularity over older standards of care due mostly to clever marketing, opposed to solid science. An investigation17 by the Mayo Clinic published in 2013 proved this point. To determine the overall effectiveness of our medical care, researchers tracked the frequency of medical reversals over the past decade. They found that reversals are common across all classes of medical practice, and a significant proportion of medical treatments offer no patient benefit at all.

In fact, they found 146 reversals of previously established practices, treatments and procedures over the past 10 years. The most telling data in the report show just how many common medical treatments are doing more harm than good. Of the studies that tested an existing standard of care, 40 percent reversed the practice, compared to only 38 percent reaffirming it.

The remaining 22 percent were inconclusive. This means that anywhere between 40 and 78 percent of the medical testing, treatments, and procedures you receive are of NO benefit to you — or are actually harmful — as determined by clinical studies.

Basic Tenets of Optimal Health

All in all, leading a common-sense, healthy lifestyle is your best bet to achieve good health, and avoid dying from preventable causes.  Following is a list of some of the basic tenets of health that have withstood the test of time. Following these healthy lifestyle guidelines can go a very long way toward keeping you from becoming another preventable death statistic:

Eat real food For a comprehensive guide on which foods to eat and which to avoid, see my nutrition plan. Generally speaking, focus your diet on whole, ideally organic, unprocessed foods. Avoid sugar, and fructose in particular.

All forms of sugar have toxic effects when consumed in excess, and drive multiple disease processes in your body, not the least of which is insulin resistance, a major cause of chronic disease and accelerated aging.

Avoid sitting, and get plenty of non-exercise “nutritional movement” and high intensity exerciseEven if you’re eating the healthiest diet in the world, you still need to exercise to reach the highest levels of health, and you need to be exercising effectively, which means including high-intensity activities into your rotation.

High-intensity interval-type training boosts human growth hormone (HGH) production, which is essential for optimal health, strength and vigor. HGH also helps boost weight loss.

Non-exercise movement is another critical component. I recommend walking more on a daily basis, over and above your scheduled exercise, and avoiding sitting as much as possible.

Implement stress reduction strategiesYour emotional state plays a role in nearly every physical disease — from heart disease and depression, to arthritis and cancer.

Meditation, prayer, social support and exercise are all viable options that can help you maintain emotional and mental equilibrium.

I also strongly believe in using simple tools such as the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to address deeper, oftentimes hidden, emotional problems.

Stay well hydratedDrink plenty of pure, clean water. Considering how widespread water pollution has become, investing in a high quality water filtration system is advisable.
Maintain a healthy gutMounting research shows that beneficial microbes affect your health in a myriad of ways; it can even influence your ability to lose weight.

A healthy diet is the ideal way to maintain a healthy gut, and regularly consuming traditionally fermented foods is the easiest, most cost effective way to help optimize your gut flora.

Optimize your vitamin D levelsResearch has shown that increasing your vitamin D levels helps reduce your risk of death from ALL causes.
Avoid toxic exposuresThis includes tossing out your toxic household cleaners, soaps, personal hygiene products, air fresheners, bug sprays, lawn pesticides, and insecticides, just to name a few, and replacing them with non-toxic alternatives.
Get plenty of high quality sleepEven if you do everything else right, you cannot be optimally healthy if you do not sleep well.

Regularly catching only a few hours of sleep can hinder metabolism and hormone production in a way that is similar to the effects of aging and the early stages of diabetes.

Chronic sleep loss may speed the onset or increase the severity of age-related conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, and memory loss.

I always have trouble getting enough sleep. There are so many things I want to do, the last thing I want to do is sleep. I always wake up at 5 am and go jogging.

Installing Magravs car in a Nissan Leaf

Although the Keshe Foundation does not yet provide the Magravs car for electric cars, I thought, I just try it out.

The best way to install the Magravs unit is to connect the positive wire directly to the car battery and the negative wire of the Magrav to the body of your car in the back of your car, e.g. the car lock of your boot.
In this way, there will be a “Magrav Electric Field” that from the front of the car, all the way to the back.

I had a look at my Leaf to find a way to run a wire from the front to the back. It would be possible, to unscrew the bottom plastic cover and run the wire under this cover, but I didn’t have the tools at hand, so I opted for a simple solution to start with.

I bought a car jump starter cable for about $10.

I connected the clamps to my Magrav Car Unit.


I could cut of the rest of the jump starter cable and just use the clamps, but I left the cable as it was.


So I clamped the plus cable directly to the battery
And the minus to the body of the car (see left bottom of the picture)


Running the car, it feels a bit smoother, but most likely that is imagination.

I have been running with this for a few days, but except for “smoother” feeling, the electricity depletion at the end of the day remains the same.

Of course, I will need to run with the Magrav connected for at least a month or two, before it will take effect according to the Keshe Foundation.

So, let’s wait and see…


Putting first load on Magravs Home unit

I have been connecting my Magravs Home Unit to the power outlet for a week, so now it is time to put the first load, which according to the manual should be a non resistive load of maximum 20W.Magrav_extension

Day 4 – Day 7

On Day 4, connect a small LED desk lamp, rated 20W or less, to the Magravs Power Unit and allow this to run continuously, 24 hours a day, for another 4 days (Day 4 – Day 7.)

1. It is important to note that resistive loads, such as but not limited to electric heaters, motors with carbon brushes, incandescent light bulbs and battery/cell phone/mobile chargers, should not be connected to the Magravs Power Unit;

2. This is to allow the Magravs Power Unit to send and receive power at the plasmatic nano-coated level, and not at the metal copper-matter level – remember, the key to Magravs technology is in the nano-coating of your household copper wires via the Magravs Power Unit;

3. Exceeding the above recommendation at this stage may cause the unit to be rendered inoperative and therefore fall outside the scope of manufacturer’s warranty.

I found a 100 lumen LED lightbulb of 13 Watt, so that should be perfect for the job.


I will connect the lightbulb for a week or so, and then we will see.


Condition Magravs home unit

So, it is time to start conditioning my Magravs home unit, by plugging it into the mains.

Some people ask “Why can’t the Magravs be conditioned in the factory”. But actually, you are not conditioning the unit itself, but the wires in your house.

Just like bringing home a new puppy, we need to train the Magravs Power Unit to satisfy our energy needs, as well as to train ourselves to understand the system. This is not simply plug and play. It is plug and interplay – YOU are 1part of the whole connection! It is time for Humanity to reconnect with the energetic plasma world!

Therefore, it is crucial to nano-coat all wires in the household in a gradual and systematic manner through the Magravs Power Unit.

It is important to remember that once the Magravs Power Unit is connected and turned on, do not turn off or unplug the unit from that point onwards. It MUST keep running continuously in order for it to work effectively.

Once you have connected your Magravs Power Unit to your household socket, turn on the switch on the socket and leave the Magravs Power Unit to condition itself to electricity in the household for 3 days (Day 1 – Day 3).

1. It is important that no load be connected to the Magravs Power Unit at this time. The Magravs Power Unit will be nano-coating the wires around the socket at this time and settling into its environment.

2. Failure to follow this step may cause the unit to be rendered inoperative and therefore fall outside the scope of manufacturer’s warranty.

The plugs had to be removed, since I can not find these plugs here in the shops, to create a converter cable.


Then I connected my own plug and plugged it into the wall.


First you have to run it without a load, then after a few days, you can add a non-resistive load of maximum 20W.
